You sit at the pass and we cook whatever arrived that morning.
Eight stools along the pass, six courses, and no printed menu because we do not know what it is until the deliveries are in.
The chefs cook in front of you and hand the plates over the counter. You will be asked what you cannot eat when you book, and that is the only editing that happens.
It runs from April to October, when there is enough coming in to make it interesting. Booking is by deposit.
