Booking, cancellation, and the things easier settled before you sit down.

Bookings

A booking request is not a booking until we reply and confirm it. We hold requests for twenty-four hours.

Tables are held for fifteen minutes after the booked time. After that we may give the table away, particularly on a Saturday.

Cancellations

Cancel by telephone or email at any point up to the day before and there is nothing to pay.

For parties of nine or more, and for the cellar room, we ask for a deposit which is returned if you cancel more than a week ahead and kept if you cancel later than that.

Allergies and what is in the food

Tell us when you book and again when you arrive. The kitchen is small and shared; we can tell you what is in a dish but we cannot promise a kitchen free of any ingredient.
