Sourdough Morning

Breakfast baked overnight and out of the oven at nine.

The ovens come on at two in the morning for the week ahead. By nine there is more bread than the dining room can use, so on Saturdays we open early and serve it.

Eggs, cured fish, butter we churn ourselves, fruit, and as much coffee as you want. It is not a set menu and it is not a tasting menu. It is breakfast.

No bookings. Come and queue, or come at ten when the queue has gone.
