The Long Table

One table down the middle of the room, twenty-four chairs, and a single menu that nobody chooses from. It runs once a month and it starts on time.

You will be seated next to somebody you have not met. That is the point of it. We serve four courses family style, the wine is poured rather than ordered, and the kitchen sends out whatever the growers had that week.
